The Society is governed by

·         General Meeting of Members – the highest authority.

·         General Board embracing the President and 8 members of the Executive Committee, Honorary President, Chairperson of the Society Branches and Chairperson of particular Scientific Sections.

·         Presidium of the General Board – embracing the President and 8 members of the Executive Committee, Honorary President of the Society, Immediate Past President  (President for the previous term for the first year of the term of the new General Board).

·         Main Review Committee.

The authorities hold office for three year terms.
