Delegate Assembly of the European Young Chemists' Network (EYCN) in 2027 in Warsaw
During the 21st Delegate Assembly of the European Young Chemists' Network (EYCN), which took place in Antwerp on July 10-12, 2026, Poland was chosen as the next host of this event. The assembly will be held in Warsaw.
Thanks to the final presentation, promotion, and efforts of the Chair of the PTChem Young Chemists Section, Alicja Pawlak (UMCS), and PTChem YCS Board member Malwina Hamera (UW), the selection of PTChem, the PTChem Young Chemists Section, and Warsaw as the hosts of the next Delegate Assembly means that in 2027, Poland will once again, after 15 years, welcome young chemists and early-career scientists representing European chemical societies. Next year's meeting will be of particular importance because, in addition to summarizing the network's activities and setting its future priorities, it will also include the election of the new EYCN board, which will be responsible for the strategic directions of the network's activities in the next term.
