Publishing Process
Publication of articles in Wiadomości Chemiczne is free of charge. Articles are printed in black and white; color printing may require a fee. Electronic versions of articles are published in color.
Articles are published in Polish with an extensive summary in English and bilingual captions for figures, schemes, and tables.
Readers of Wiadomości Chemiczne have free access to the full texts of articles in the electronic version, both for current and back issues.
Publication Ethics Principles
Authors are obliged to observe publication ethics principles, including:
- listing all co-authors who made a significant contribution to the work,
- avoiding plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and data falsification,
- disclosing potential conflicts of interest,
- confirming that the work has not been previously published nor is it being considered by another journal.
Authors receive reviews of their article, which must be taken into account when preparing the final version. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make necessary editorial, stylistic, and terminological changes that do not interfere with the substantive content of the article.
The final decision to accept an article is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviews and the authors' responses to the reviewers' comments.
