The Authorities of the Society are:

• The General Assembly of Members – the supreme authority of the Society;
• The Main Board – consists of the President and 8 members of the Presidium, the Honorary President of the Society, Chairpersons of Branch Boards, and Chairpersons of Scientific Sections;
• The Presidium of the Main Board – the President and 8 Board members, the Honorary President of the Society, and the President of the previous term for the first year of the new Board's activity;
• The Main Audit Commission;
• The Peer Tribunal.

The term of office of the authorities is four years.
