Dear Readers,
we are pleased to announce the publication of the special issue 7-8 (2026) of "Wiadomości Chemiczne". On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering at the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology, the entire issue of the Polish Chemical Society journal has been dedicated to the history, achievements, and activities of this Faculty. The publication presents the most important stages in the development of the Faculty, its scientific achievements, educational activities, and its contribution to the development of science, industry, and the economy. It is a valuable summary of 75 years of work, cooperation, and the consistent building of the position of one of the key centers for education and research in the field of chemical technology and engineering.
