IUPAC Announces Call for Nominations for Three International Awards
The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) has announced calls for nominations for three prestigious international awards. These recognitions are aimed both at established researchers in the field of analytical chemistry and at early-career scientists developing their research across all areas of chemical sciences.
Details regarding individual awards:
1. Awards in Analytical Chemistry:
- IUPAC Emerging Innovator Award in Analytical Chemistry – intended for researchers at an early stage of independent careers (within 10 years of obtaining a Ph.D.) who have demonstrated significant published achievements in analytical chemistry.
- IUPAC Analytical Chemistry Medal – honors significant, long-term contributions to the development of analytical chemistry, publication records, international cooperation, and commitment to educating the next generation of analytical scientists.
The nomination deadline for both analytical chemistry awards is December 31, 2026.
