This award is presented every two years to scientists who have made outstanding contributions to the field of chemistry. The theme of the award is determined by the Chemistry Europe Council, to which the Polish Chemical Society (PTChem) also belongs. This new award was presented for the first time in 2023 in the field of chemistry for sustainable development, energy, materials, and the environment. The Chemistry Europe Award includes a monetary prize of 10,000 euros and a diploma.

The Chemistry Europe Fellows program was established in 2015 by the presidents and representatives of the Chemical Societies associated in Chemistry Europe to honor members of these societies for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the activities of Chemistry Europe, as well as for their commitment to the work of at least one member society. The Chemistry Europe Fellows program was created to strengthen the identity of Chemistry Europe in Europe, but it is not limited exclusively to this continent. Program members receive a certificate and retain the title of Chemistry Europe Fellow for life.

Chemistry Europe supports young scientists by providing them with a grant of 2,000 euros for short-term research stays abroad. The aim of the program is to support cross-border scientific collaboration and the professional development of early-career researchers. This initiative, launched in 2024, aims to strengthen international research networks by funding 1–2 month research stays at institutions outside the country where the applicant currently resides. To qualify for the program, applicants must have at least two years of experience after obtaining a PhD and be a member of a society participating in the Chemistry Europe program.
